The lower level has an additional 2,000 square feet that is perfect for a workshop, home theater or gym. It is only a short 30 minute drive to beautiful Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Valley and Kirkwood Ski resorts. It is a perfect location in the summer for fishing, hiking and mountain biking. In the winter your guests will enjoy cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and sledding. The mountain and meadow panoramic views will take your breath away.
